Amazing views of the blue domes right from my balcony made every morning special. The room had a stylish design and was exceptionally clean. I loved the assistance with my luggage. the staff were super helpful. However, navigating through the crowds outside the property was often overwhelming, especially when trying to get in and out. Breakfast was a nice touch, but it was often delivered cold from the local cafe, which wasn't ideal. Communication could improve, as I experienced delays in responses regarding transport arrangements. These small issues didn't overshadow the beautiful location and the luxurious feel of the suite.

The room was cramped with limited storage, leaving us to navigate around our unpacked bags. There were ongoing noise issues from the fridge that interrupted our sleep, and we faced a significant power cut that lasted over four hours with no advance notice. Communication about this situation was poor, leaving us without essential services and feeling neglected during a frustrating time.

My stay in the Suite with Outdoor Plunge Pool Terrace Blue Domes View was nothing short of perfection! Waking up to fine views of the iconic blue domes right from my private terrace was a dream come true. The service was really good. Breakfast was strategically delivered at my requested time, making it so enjoyable to savor it while soaking in panoramic caldera views.

The view of the caldera from the hot tub was amazing. Our stay felt very unique and cozy. the indoor plunge pool made it nice.

the tourist traffic was overwhelming at times. but the room had a beautiful private balcony with an umbrella to enjoy the stunning view 🌅. staff helped with our bags and were super friendly. the location was perfect for photos !
